Delete your account
You can delete your account at any time. This is permanent and removes your profile, photos, matches, and messages from BlurDD.
From the app (fastest)
- Open BlurDD on your phone.
- Tap the Me tab.
- Tap Account settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
You'll be signed out immediately. Your account and all related data are removed from our servers within minutes.
Can't access the app?
Email support@blurdd.com from the email address on your account with the subject Account deletion request. We'll delete the account within 5 business days and email you to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and all profile data (name, age, prompts, etc.)
- Your photos (originals + blurred variants)
- Your voice intro
- Your matches and the chat history within them
- Your swipe history (likes, vibes, passes)
- Your account record itself
What might stay (briefly)
- Anonymous, aggregated analytics that no longer identify you (retention curves, etc.).
- Subscription receipts kept for accounting / tax purposes, with identifying fields nulled out.
- Reports you filed about other users, kept on those users' files for moderation purposes (but no longer linked to you).
