Common questions

When do photos un-blur?+
Photos stay blurred until BOTH you and your match tap Reveal in the chat. Either of you can reveal first; the other person's photos un-blur for you only after they reveal too.
How do I delete my account?+
Inside the app: Me → Account settings → Delete account. You can also use our web account deletion form. This permanently removes your profile, photos, matches, and messages.
What's Message Before Match?+
Premium users can send a short text or 20-second voice message to someone they haven't matched with yet. The recipient sees it under Requests in their Matches tab and can Accept (creates a match) or Reject. Free users get 1 per week; Premium gets 10.
How are vibes different from likes?+
A vibe is a stronger signal than a like — it pops on the other person's deck with a gold animation. Free users get 1 per week, Premium gets 10.
I'm having trouble with the app — what should I include in my support email?+
Your account email, the device + iOS / Android version, and a screenshot of what went wrong. Even better: a screen recording. The more we have, the faster we can fix it.
